Commercial property
Acquisitions, disposals and lease renewals for industrial and office space across the M1 corridor, mostly units between 5,000 and 60,000 square feet around Junctions 25 and 26. Lease renewals are handled under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 as a matter of course, not as a specialism we mention only when asked.
Corporate transactions
Share sales, asset purchases and shareholder agreements, typically in the 500,000 to 15 million pound range. We draft the SPA, negotiate the warranties and disclosure letter, and stay involved through completion rather than handing off to a trainee once heads of terms are signed.
Employment
Contracts, settlement agreements, TUPE transfers and tribunal representation. We advise the employer side only, which means we are not learning the other side's playbook mid-dispute.
